#FEBRUARYCREATIVEPROMPTCHALLENGE DAY 8 IS ALL ABOUT MY FAVOURITE COLOUR; MINT MACARON!

 Hello and welcome to my blog today, 

Today's #februarycreativepromptchallenge is "favourite colour" and mine is MINT MACARON!. 

I have had this card idea in my head for a few days now and I'm so excited to see it come to life and share it with you all. I have used the brand new HANDSOMELY SUITED BUNDLE of products to create this super fun Easel Card design, and there is even a VIDEO TUTORIAL!

Easel cards are super simple to create and are really fun.  I haven't made one for a while now but this bundle of products is just perfect for bringing the fun of it all together!

I have chosen a soft colour palette of BASIC GRAY, MINT MACARON and BASIC WHITE and I love the clean look that it has.  Perfect for any occasion!

One of the best things about an Easel Card design is that it will fold flat for popping in an envelope to send and will look fab on display too!

The important thing to remember when you are using the SUIT & TIE DIES is to add subtle dimension with STAMPIN' DIMENSIONALS and MINI GLUE DOTS as it really helps to highlight those die-cut pieces and make it look more life like.

To create this easel card design, you will need cardstock in the following measurements:

• CARD BASE: BASIC GRAY CARDSTOCK measuring 10.5cm x 29.8cm, scored at 7.4cm and 14.8cm
• EASEL LAYER: BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK measuring 10.5cm x 14.8cm
• EASEL LAYER: BASIC GRAY CARDSTOCK measuring 10.5cm x 14.8cm
• CARD INSIDE: MINT MACARON CARDSTOCK measuring 10cm x 14.4cm
• CARD INSIDE: BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK measuring 9.7cm x 14.1cm
