AUTUMN FEELS WITH RADIANT SUNFLOWERS

 

Hello and welcome to my blog today!

During this week's livestream, I shared some new products from the September to December catalogue that launched yesterday and the new Hot Foil machine so let's hop in to see all the details!

The Radiant Sunflowers Stamp Set is part of the Sunflower Fields Suite collection which is a great stamp set if you enjoy a spot of colouring.  

There is a set of dies that coordinate with the stamp set and will cut out all the images within the set - mine are still on their way to me so I relied on my trusty scissors to cut out the images on my cards.

For the flowers, I used a combination of Stampin' Blends with Watercolour Pencils to add detail and vibrancy.  

Creating these cards, I used the same colour combination inspired by the Designer Series Papers and the autumn season that is just around the corner

For the second card, I introduced the brand new Hot Foil machine to create the image you see in the card background.  The hot foil machine uses heat, pressure, special dies and foil rolls to press metallic designs into cardstock or other materials to add elegance and brilliant shine used with the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.

The shine that the gold foil gives off is really very vibrant, especially when added to the Crushed Curry cardstock that I used
