A WREATH OF FRIENDLY SEAGULLS!

by Stacey Marsh Independent UK Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrator, December 17, 2024

Hello and welcome to my blog today!

Over the past few days on my Instagram account, I have been sharing wreath-inspired card designs, and I wanted to share how I created the cards with you all.

During my weekly live demonstration, I shared the measurements, technique and thought process behind using small images from a number of stamp sets to create a fun wreath-style card design.

I love the cheerful tone to this card, and although I have designed it as a Birthday card, it would also work for a number of different occasions!

I mainly used two stamp sets to bring this card together; Friendly Seagulls and Choose Happy.  The Friendly Seagulls Stamp Set is not available until January, however the Choose Happy Stamp Set is available online (select the image below)

If you would like to watch the replay of this card tutorial, select the Youtube image below...

To create this card design I used the following measurements:

  • Card Base - 5.5" x 11", scored at 5.5" / 14cm x 28cm, scored at 14cm
  • Card Layer - 5.25" x 5.25"  13cm x 13cm

I am often asked what tools I use the most, and here they are!  These are some basic but essential tools that I use.

  2. A Wreath of Friendly Seagulls really captures the gentle harmony of nature and reminds us how small moments can bring peace. It’s easy to get caught up in life’s pressures—like when students think, “should I pay someone to take my teas exam for me?” Instead, finding balance and inspiration in nature can truly recharge our minds and spirits.

  3. A Wreath of Friendly Seagulls! I really enjoyed how you captured the sense of calm and connection with nature. It reminds me of how a movie review writing service can help analyze films with similar depth, drawing out subtle details that others might miss.
