COLOR FUSERS AUGUST BLOG HOP

 

Hello and welcome to the August edition of the Color Fusers Blog Hop.  

Join me and Demonstrators from across the globe as we share projects using a new colour combination to inspire your creativity. 

I absolutely love the colours in this month's colour combination, and I found them super easy to work with.  

Pebbled Path and Boho Blue were brand new colours for this year and feature in the 2023 - 2025 In Colors. 

Misty Moonlight is a returning favourite colour from a few years back. 

For my card I used the brand new Trucking Along Bundle which is an Online Exclusive product that was launched at the beginning of July and will be available while stocks last. 

The stamp set and punch are super versatile and I love the little add-on stamps for creating scenes and it's even good for Christmas cards that we will soon all be making.  

To create my scene, I used Blending Brushes with both Boho Blue and Misty Moonlight ink for the sky, and a torn piece of Pebbled Path card for the ground..

The truck was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto white card and coloured with Boho Blue Stampin' Blends. 

And of course the little bit of detail on the inside of the card finished it off perfectly!

CARD BASE - Misty Moonlight card 14.9cm x 21cm, scored at 10.5cm

CARD LAYER - Misty Moonlight card 10cm x 14.4cm  

INNER CARD LAYER - Basic White card 8.5cm x 12.9cm
