SHARE IT SUNDAY BLOG HOP

 Hello and welcome to the Share it Sunday Blog Hop!  

Sundays are my favourite day of the week, it's always a family day here for us which means no rushing around and just enjoying being together.  Today we have enjoyed a lovely lazy morning together, a little bit of baking and we're off to a family BBQ this afternoon!  I'm hoping to get some time in my craft room this evening too, fingers crossed!

The Share it Sunday Blog Hop is an opportunity for myself and my fellow demonstrators to share anything that they have recently made so do "hop in" and join us for a Sunday full of creativity!

I have recently taken part in a creative challenge where we had 16 different prompts to tick off.  I love completing creative challenges as it reminds me that papercrafting was, and will always be, my hobby first.  Before I started my Stampin' Up! business I would love to lose myself in my craft room just being creative for me and that has never gone away.  When you're busy designing classes, that's my job so a few hours making something just because is such a treat!

This card design was made from the prompt "background stamping" and one of my favourite techniques is stamping with the same colour ink as the card that I have chosen.  This is a great way to share how well our colours work together and new customers are often surprised how well things "match"!

I have used Melon Mambo Ink and Melon Mambo card stock which really is as bright as it looks!  Such a happy card and the options with this stamp set are endless!

I have created this card using the new JUST MY TYPE STAMP SET that features in the 2023/24 annual catalogue and is a firm favourite of mine already.
