INK STAMP SHARE FEBRUARY SHOWCASE BLOG HOP

Today myself and Demonstrators from around the globe are sharing projects with you that they have been working on recently.  There is no theme so you are in for lots of projects to inspire your creativity!

For my post today, I am sharing a card that I have designed using the FREE Thanks a Bunch stamp set that is only available until the end of February!

I have seen so many gorgeous designs using this FREE stamp set, and I have really enjoyed using it to create this card design that I am sharing with you all today.  

To create my card, I have used one of my favourite embossing techniques where you add ink to the inside of the embossing folder before you run it through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine!  This gives a gorgeous look to your embossing where you can really see the detail that much more.  Here I have used Soft Suede Ink and Crumb Cake Card with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. Don't you think the effect is really cool?

The carrot images in this Thanks a Bunch Stamp Set are really fun to create; they are two-step images where you can stamp the main shape and then add detail with another stamp over the top.  I have stamped my carrots with Pumpkin Pie Ink and added the leaves on top using Shaded Spruce Ink, and don't they look so realistic?

The sentiment adds a really fun dimension to this card and I have created a two-colour effect here by stamping first in Shaded Spruce Ink, and then onto another piece of card stamped it in Pumpkin Pie Ink, cut around the word "carrots" and stuck it over the original sentiment.
