It's that time of the month again where the Color Fusers are sharing their take on a brand new colour combination to inspire your creativity.

This month, we have a brand new product suite that is available called the Fitting Florets Suite which is what I have based my project on today, so come and check it out!
First, lets talk about this month's colours....Pumpkin Pie, Poppy Parade and Shaded Spruce. I will be completely honest with you, these are three of my least used colours so I found this one really took my away from my comfort zone but I am very happy with my finished card!
A little tip from me, when working with colours (and products) that take you away from your "normal" style, I would recommend keeping it as simple as possible. For example here, I have taken one of the colours (Poppy Parade) and used that as the "main" focus. To add more depth to the card base, I have used Poppy Parade Ink with a Blending Brush to add more colour around the edges of the card, to leave a highlighted area in the centre. This is also a really effective technique when you don't want to add too many layers to your cards.
I have then added some flowers that I have stamped onto white card, and coloured with Pumpkin Pie and Shaded Spruce Stampin' Blends. These have been cut out with my trusty Paper Snips Scissors and layered around the sentiment that I have stamped onto the highlighted area.
The Fitting Florets Suite has been put together with a gorgeous, subtle colour palette so it was great to see it with some alternative colours, and overall I'm really pleased with the final look of my card!
