STAMPIN' DREAMS THROWBACK THURSDAY BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to a fun Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop today with the theme of Throwback Thursday! A very warm welcome to you wherever you are in the world!

If you're joining for the first time here today, an extra special hello to you. I am a UK based Demonstrator and I am excited to share a really fun card design with you that is all about the throwback!

If you haven't seen it yet, we have a FREE stamp set in the Sale-a-Bration promotion called Driving By that has the cutest images of retro vehicles and reminds me of the 70's!

I love the fashion from this era especially the bold floral prints so I have created my own thanks to the Pierced Bloom Dies and some fun colours! Before I reveal the colours I have used, can you guess which ones I have used???

Well done if you guessed them correctly...

I really enjoyed the creative process of creating the flowers, these dies are perfect for a bit of mixing and matching!

I have used the Playful Alphabet Dies to create the words, and these have been added to strips of Vellum before being added to the card. I love how the black letters contrast with the brightness of the pattern and they just make it all POP!

But I think my favourite part of this card has to be the retro vehicles that have been coloured with Stampin' Blends Pens. For me, they bring it all together perfectly and what I love more is that this stamp set is entirely FREE until the end of February with a £45 order!
