DECEMBER INK STAMP SHARE SHOWCASE BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to the Ink Stamp Share December Showcase Blog Hop!

Today's hop is all about..whatever we want it to be! This is one of my favourite hops to take part in as you get a real variety of projects and creativity to inspire you!

For my project, I have used something that I have has been on my wish list for a while now and I finally got around to ordering it during a promotion that took place last month; The Stitched Greenery Die!

Now, back to my card design! I am still in Christmas card making mode (I really need to start writing some!) so here is a Christmas card design that could easily be a Birthday card, thank you card, or for any occasion really just change the sentiment!

The little bird comes from the Free as a Bird Stamp Set that is a real old faithful on my shelf. The bird image is super cute and I have coloured with Stampin' Blends pens to create a robin.

I have stamped with Sahara Sand Classic Stampin' Pad, and added detail using an Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker. I love the fine tip on these pens and they're perfect for adding in shading and fine lines to bring your images to life!

For extra detail on my card, I have added some stamped leaves that I have cut out by hand, some die-cut branches and that detailed circle frame which comes from the Birds and More Dies.

I do hope you enjoyed my design for you today, I really enjoyed making it and look forward to sending it out this festive season!
