I have had my eye on this Nothing's Better Than Stamp Set and Love You More Than Dies for a little while now and I have finally added them to my stash and had a little play!

Both of these projects were filmed for a recent Facebook live demonstration which is now available on my Youtube channel to watch back.

I am really enjoying creating coordinating projects at the moment and today was no different and I just love how easy Stampin' Up! makes it for us to do just that.

For my starting point for this card, I have used this weeks' Global Design Project which is a CASE the Designer challenge.  Click the image below to see what it's all about and the HUGE amount of inspiration that the Global Design Project gives.

Starting with a square card base cut from Crumb Cake Card, I have added a layer of Basic White Card that I have stamped across with the cookies images.  This is a two-step stamp set which means there are options for the outlines of the images as well as in-fill images to make it even easier to create professional looking projects.

For the cookies, I have used Early Espresso Ink for the outline, and Crumb Cake Ink for the infill.  You will notice that the cookies are slightly different in colour.  To achieve this look, I have stamped with first and second generation ink (watch the video to see how easy it is to do!)

I have added strips of coloured cardstock along the edge of the card in an alternating pattern to CASE the Demonstrator from the Global Design Project.

For the main sentiment area of the card, I have used the Scallop Contours Dies and added a layer of Basic White Card that I have stamped my sentiment onto.  The word "Cookies" has been cut from Coastal Cabana Card using the Love You More Than DiesI have cut this word out 3 times and layered them together before adding to the card.

And of course, the perfect gift to give away with this card was a pack of cookies! I have used one of the Printed Gusseted Cellophane Bags to wrap my treats and added matching detail to one of the Tailor Made Tags Dies to bring it all together.

Check out the sentiment and how I have altered it to fit what I wanted it to say!

I really love the overall look of this project and how that stamping looks against the white background.

As I mentioned earlier I have added the Facebook live recording to my Youtibe channel.  Click the image below to watch the replay.  Don't forget to click subscribe to see more demonstrations and tutorials from me!

I'm often asked what tools do I use...well here are the basic tools that I simply couldn't craft without!
