It's that time of the month again where the Ink Stamp Share Demonstrators get to showcase what they have been working on! I really enjoy this Blog Hop because you get a great selection of inspiration from a wide range of demonstrators. Do spend some time following the hop as it's lots of fun and full of great ideas.
Today I am sharing a simple looking project with you that I have created using the Give it a Whirl Dies but not in a way they are intended. I have focused on using one of the heart dies to create my feature for my card design and there is even a video for you to watch
Starting with the card design, I have used the largest heart die from the Give It a Whirl Dies to create the hearts which have been cut from the Pattern Party Designer Series Papers.
I love the stitching detail that you get on these hearts and there are 2 more sizes in the pack too!
Creating matching style projects is always lovely to do and so I have added similar detailing to a Mini Paper Pumpkin Box (available in a pack of 10) to bring the project together.
I have added in my sentiments using sentiments from the Sweet as a Peach Stamp Set and the Tailor Made Tag Dies which are just perfect as they come in a great number of sizes in two different styles. I have added a little reinforced circle to my tag cut from Cinnamon Cider Cardstock.
As I mentioned earlier on there is a video to watch for this card design (I added the Mini Paper Pumpkin Box project after for this Blog Hop). Recorded for a Facebook Live demonstration, it is now available to watch on my Youtube Channel below. Click the image and don't forget to hit subscribe to see future tutorials and demonstrations from me.
The full list of Demonstrators taking part in today's Blog Hop is listed below for you too.

ReplyDeleteI love the simple understated look to your projects Stacey, gorgeous x
ReplyDelete"Love" the dies cut hearts. Sometimes it's difficult to visualize the DSP for a card I want to make. This is a great application of the blue DSP.
ReplyDeleteLove the colour scheme Stacey
