Hello and welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Monthly Blog Hop. Today Demonstrators from across the globe have prepared projects for you with the theme of "something new". This topic was definitely wide open for interpretation and I have taken it literally and created my card design with new products that feature in the 2021/22 Annual Catalogue that launched at the start of May.
Firstly, some of you may be wondering "what is a blog hop?" It's very simple really, a group of Demonstrators have got together and created projects with a certain theme and written blog posts about them with pictures and tutorials to inspire you. At the end of each post, you will find a "next" button. Click on that to move on to the next person and keep going until you get back to where you started!
Now, I think Stampin' Up! have been a tad sneaky this month as there are some new products featured that are a little more "hidden" than usual and the new Give It a Whirl Dies are one of them! You will find them on page 57 and 163 in the catalogue and they are just fab!
Here in the UK the dies cost £33 and you get a whopping 21 dies in the set and they make the cutest interactive cards!
For my card design today, I have paired the dies with the Biggest Wish and Count on Me Stamp Sets.
You will see in the photos in this post there is a window and a "wheel" that is hidden underneath that when turned it will reveal a different image in the window, so cute right!
I have chosen to use colours that I wouldn't usually put together but I think they work really well together. The pop of Poppy Parade is my favourite part of this card, as well as the interactive element of course!
The Give it a Whirl Dies really are super fun to use and I think the options with this set are just endless. I can't wait to use some of the add-on dies in the set with lots of other products on my shelf, watch this space!
This card design was put together during a recent Facebook Live demonstration that is now available to watch on my Youtube channel. Click the image below to watch and don't forget to subscribe if you would like to see future videos and tutorials from me.
To continue moving through today's Blog Hop, click the next item and you will hop on over to the lovely Tricia Butts!
Click on the images below for further details and to add them to your shopping basket.
I'm often asked what tools do I use...well here are the basic tools that I simply couldn't craft without!
Everyone who shops with me will receive a handmade card to keep or share. However, when shopping online, enter the Host Code below to receive a thank you gift from me next month
If your order totals more than £150 please do not enter the Host Code. You will be entitled to Stampin' Rewards on your order meaning that you can add additional items to your order for FREE.
