INK STAMP SHARE APRIL SKETCH BLOG HOP

Welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Sketch Blog Hop today!

Sketches are a great starting point for making cards and I always enjoy them because I sometimes feel I approach cards in the same way and I guess that's just my style but it's good to try something different every now and again isn't it.

For today's Blog Hop, we have all created our cards with the card sketch below as our starting point, and a guide to follow.  Usually when I see a card sketch, I try to think as far outside the box as I can but for my design I have followed the sketch to the letter and I'm really pleased with the outcome.

Using a Thick Basic White card base, I have added a layer of Purple Posy Cardstock that I have embossed with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.

To create my banner, I have cut a piece of Basic White Card to measure 2" wide, and created the banner shape with the Banner Triple Punch (RETIRING SOON!).  I have added the Basic Black Card accent to the banner in the same way, and attached to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The sentiment comes from the Moving Along Stamp Set (also retiring) and added some Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets to finish.

I'm often asked what tools do I use...well here are the basic tools that I simply couldn't craft without!

Everyone who shops with me will receive a handmade card to keep or share.  However, when shopping online, enter the Host Code below to receive a thank you gift from me next month

If your order totals more than £150 please do not enter the Host Code. You will be entitled to Stampin' Rewards on your order meaning that you can add additional items to your order for FREE.
