HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY WITH KANGAROO & COMPANY

by Stacey Marsh Independent UK Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, March 14, 2021

Today is Mother's Day here in the UK and I can now share with you the projects that I made for my lovely Mum using the Kangaroo & Company Bundle from the January to June 2021 Mini Catalogue

This whole selection of projects have been created so that they all coordinate together and I couldn't love it all more.

I have used Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper along with the Kangaroo & Company Bundle to bring the card, envelope, box and gift tag together along with some additional products along the way...

The card has been put together with a 5" square card base that I have layered the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper with some Basic Black Cardstock, and a favourite scallop rectangle die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

The sentiment on my card comes from the Well Said Stamp Set and has been heat embossed onto Basic Black Cardstock with White Stampin' Emboss Powder.

And what do you do when you don't have a ready made envelope?  Make your own of course!

The envelope has been put together from a piece of the AArtistry Blooms Designer Series Paper and detail has been added with another scallop rectangle.  The sentiment comes from the Family Party Stamp Set and I have cut out the individual letters for MUM from the Playful Alphabet Dies.

I absolutely adore the little Kangaroo and it looks super cute popping out of the flowers doesn't it?

The box is actually one of the Love You Always Treat Boxes that I have decorated with the same items as the card and envelope; this time adding a circle that I have cut from the 2" Circle Punch and added some dots with a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.

The sentiment from the outside of the box comes from the Well Said Stamp Set and on the inside, the sentiment comes from the Strong and Beautiful Stamp Set.  I love the extra detail in the box as a little suprise for my Mum when she opens it.  Plus I filled the box with some luxury chocolates!

And last but not least, I also made a gift tag to attach to her present!

I have kept the colour theme on the flowers and kangaroo consistent across all the projects which have been coloured with a selection of Stampin' Blends Pends (details in the product list further down).

I was so chuffed to put these projects all together for my Mum and I'm so pleased she liked it!

I'm often asked what tools do I use...well here are the basic tools that I simply couldn't craft without!
