THE FINAL DAY OF THE #FEBRUARYCREATIVEPROMPTCHALLENGE IS ALL ABOUT FLOWERS!

 Rewarding my team is one of my most favourite parts about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and this month I got to reward two team members for a recent promotion!  

Of course they get a handmade card and for this particular promotion they get to choose a stamp set of their choice and here they are!

I have made the cards using the FREE A Touch of Ink Stamp Set that is only available until the end of today as part of the Sale-a-Bration promotion.  It's also the last day of my #februarycreativepromptchallenge which is all about flowers!

Starting with a base of Sahara Sand Cardstock, I have added a layer of Basic White Cardstock.  Onto that, I have stamped the sentiment "hip hip hooray" from the Best Year Stamp Set using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  I have stamped the sentiment repeatedly without re-inking my stamp to get the different tones of the black ink.  This is a great technique for using on backgrounds. 

For the main part of my design, I have added a circle that I have die-cut from the Stitched Shapes Dies and added a flower image from the A Touch of Ink Stamp Set.  This has been coloured in with Petal Pink and Old Olive Stampin' Blends pens and cut around with my Paper Snips Scissors.  

To finish, I have added the same sentiment that I have heat-embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder onto Basic Black Cardstock and cut into a banner.  

Inside the card, I have added some matching detail with another coloured flower and "you did it" sentiment also from the Best Year Stamp Set. 

I really enjoyed making these cards and celebrating my team, this really is the best job ever!
