INTRODUCING HOT DOG

One of my favourite stamp sets in the Janaury - June 2021 Mini Catalogue is the Hot Dog Stamp Set that features gorgeous sentiments and images of Dachshunds!  I am a HUGE Dachshund lover, and have been since I was a little girl and two years age we welcomed Dave the Dachshund into our family.  He has filled our hearts and so this stamp set had to be mine!  Scroll down this post a little further to see my little poser!

The Hot Dog Stamp Set got it's first "inking" during a Facebook live demo last week and I am utterly hooked!  Today's card that I am sharing is super cute and I hope you like it too!

 

The Hot Dog Stamp Set is a photopolymer stamp set that consists of 25 stamps!  There is a selection of Dachshund images with some fun extras and cute sentiments to bring it all together.  

Starting with a simple card base cut from Sahara Sand Cardstock, I have added a layer of Basic White Cardstock.  Onto that, I have used a Blending Brush to add a layer of Sahara Sand ink and added some speckling with a Crumb Cake Stampin Blend pen.  

I have stamped my sentiment onto a label that I have die-cut from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and added it to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The Dachshund has been stamped onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and coloured with Cinnamon Cider Stampin' Blends pens.  

To extend the Dachshund's body, I have cut it in half and attached each piece under either end of the die!  To finish, I have added some Gilded Gems!

So cute!

Even my little Dave was impressed with the card!
