by Stacey Marsh Independent UK Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, February 25, 2021

Hello and welcome to day 25 of the #februarycreativeprompt challenge.  Today's prompt is "Regals" which is one of our fabulous colour collections.  I won't lie, Regals is probably my least used colour collection right now as I tend to use these colours more in the Autumn and Winter months.

I have chosen to create today's card with the Pretty Perennials Stamp Set and Perennial Petals Dies bundle of products in the January to June 2021 Mini Catalogue, stamped in a selection of Regals colours, to show you just how versatile the stamps and colours really are!

Starting with a layer of Cajun Craze Cardstock, I have added a layer of Basic White Cardstock that I have stamped a selection of flowers around the edge.  I have used a section of warm colours from the Regals colour collection for this and used the same colour for each individual flower.

Once I have stamped my flowers, I have added a strip of Basic Black Cardstock that I have cut using the Stitched Be Mine Dies to create the scallop edge effect.  I have tied some Linen Thread around to add a bit of texture, plus who doesn't love a Linen Thread bow?!

To complete my look, and to add some more detail, I have added some die-cut flowers that match the flowers on the background, and of course a sentiment!

The sentiments in this stamp set are so useful and perfect for so many occasions or just for letting that special someone know they are in your thoughts!

If you would like to take part in the February Creative Prompt Challenge, here are all the details!  Be sure to use the #februarycreativepromptchallenge when you upload your photos onto social media, and don't forget to tag me!

I'm often asked what tools do I use...well here are the basic tools that I simply couldn't craft without!
