JANUARY COLOUR COMBO BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to the first Colour Combo Blog Hop for 2021.  

This month we have all created projects using this super bright colour combination and actually these are three of my favourite colours but I had never thought to use them all together!

I really did feel spoilt for choice with this colour combination! Click the images below to check out each of these gorgeous colours. 

There was only one product that I reached for...my highlight of the 2021 January - June Mini Catalogue; PRETTY PERENNIALS! This bundle is made up of the PRETTY PERENNIALS STAMP SET and coordinating PERENNIAL PETALS DIES.  I love the combination of stamped images and dies that just make these flowers really pop!

Starting with a Pool Party card base, I have added a layer of WHISPER WHITE CARDSTOCK that I have stamped using two images from the PATTERN PLAY STAMP SET that is so useful for adding patterns to your backgrounds. 

I have added a strip of flowers that I have stamped using Bumblebee and Melon Mambo ink, and added coordinating die-cut pieces to each in the corresponding coloured cardstock.  For the flower centres I have used the MATTE BLACK DOTS EMBELLISHMENTS. 

The PRETTY PERENNIALS STAMP SET is full of wonderful sentiments including a gorgeous "happy" that coordinates with each word, however for my card I have die-cut the word "smile" using the PLAYFUL ALPHABET DIES.  

To complete my sentiment, I have added the heat embossed phrase "you make me".
