EMBOSS RESIST TECHNIQUE WITH THE MOVING ALONG STAMP SET & NEW BLENDING BRUSHES

Hello and a warm welcome to my blog today, thank you so much for visiting. 

Today I am sharing a fun card design that I have created with the MOVING ALONG STAMP SET and an emboss-resist technique with the new BLENDING BRUSHES that feature in the 2021 January - June Mini Catalogue. 

I created this card during a Facebook Live demonstration that you can watch back HERE.

To create the emboss-resist, I started with a piece of BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK measuring 7cm x 14.9cm.  Onto that piece of cardstock, I have stamped the card image several times with VERSAMARK, added WHITE STAMPIN' EMBOSS POWDER to set with a HEAT TOOL.  Once set, I have used my BLENDING BRUSH to create an ombre style background using a PACIFIC POINT CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD.  

Before adding to my card, I have attached a piece of PACIFIC POINT CARDSTOCK that I have cut with the scallop edgelit die from the STITCHED BE MINE DIES.  

During the Facebook Live event, I have also demonstrated how to use a partial part of a sentiment which is a great way to get more from your sentiments!  I have used this technique on the "Ridiculously Awesome" sentiment, and the "You are my Sunshine" sentiments.  

And finally, to finish, I have added a simple stamped car image using the outline and infill stamp!
