Hello and welcome to my blog,
Today I am sharing with you a fun 3D box card using products from the 2020 August - December Mini Catalogue.
I originally filmed this tutorial as a Facebook Live Demonstration. You can watch the replay on Facebook HERE, or alternatively on my You Tube channel.
This style of card has been around for a while now and it's wonderful to bring it to life with images from the Coming Home Stamp Set and some festive paper from the Heartwarming Hugs DSP and Trimming the Town DSP!
I have added measurements for recreating this project further down this post and you can also see how I created this card in step-by-step detail by watching the video tutorial below.
1 piece of A4 Thick Whisper White cardstock
- Cut one piece to measure 12cm x 29.8cm and;
- Score along the long edge at 7cm, 14cm, 21cm and 28cm, and;
- Score along the short edge at 7cm to the 3rd score line only.
- Cut 3 pieces (from the leftover) to measure 1.5cm x 9cm and;
- Score at 1cm from both ends of all 3 pieces
Designer Series Paper
- Cut 3 pieces of patterned paper (DSP) in the same pattern to measure 6.5cm x 6.5cm
- Cut 1 piece of patterned paper (same pattern as above) to measure 6.5cm x 11.5cm
- Cut 3 pieces of patterned paper (different design) to measure 4.5cm x 6.5cm
