THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH MR GNOME

Hello and welcome to my blog today wherever you are in the world.

Today I am sharing with you a super cute thank you card that I put together for my customers using the Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set and demonstrating that these cute little characters aren't just for Christmas.

Creating thank you cards is one of my most favourite reasons for creating and we have so many gorgeous products choose from!

Now I am not usually an overly "pink" crafter but since the introduction of the new 2020-2022 In-Colours, I am obsessed with Magenta Madness and all things pink!

I created this background with Whisper White Cardstock. I have used the Layering Ovals Dies to create a stencil which I have layed over my bacjground layer. Using a Sponge Brayer, I have added layers of Magenta Madness ink. Once happy with the colour, I have kept the stencil where it is and then added a layer of Flirty Flamingo ink around the edge of the oval using a Sponge Dauber. Once dry, I have used a Water Painter to add droplets of water onto the area and to finish, I have added a splash of Melon Mambo ink with a Melon Mambo Stampin' Blend

This layer has then been added to a card base cut from Melon Mambo A4 Cardstock.

The gnome has been stamped using Basic Gray Classic Stampin' Pad and then coloured in with a selection of Stampin' Blends, cut out with my trusty Paper Snips and attached to the card front with Stampin' Blends.

To finish, I have added the sentiment which comes from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set.

This is definitely one of those cards that would look wonderful in any colour and for any occasion too, even Christmas!
