Hello and welcome to my blog,

Today I am sharing with you a Christmas card that I have put together using the Gnome For the Holidays Stamp Set and the Peace & Joy Stamp Set and Joy Dies Bundle from the August - December Mini Catalogue.

This card was put together during a recent Facebook Live crafting session which you can watch back by clicking HERE

At first glance, it isn't obvious that this is a Christmas card as I have opted for a non-traditional colour theme.

I am definitely more of a "subtles" lover so it was nice to create a create with these 3 colours.

I have stamped the background holly images from the Peace & Joy Stamp Set in a combination of Highland Heather and Mint MacaronI have then attached the Gingham Ribbon around and added the bow.

The gnome has been stamped onto Whisper White Cardstock using a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad and coloured in with Stampin' Blends.  I have cut around him with my Paper Snips and attached to the die-cut shape and attached to the card front.

For the sentiment, I have die-cut the word "joy" from the Joy Dies twice, mounted together using Adhesive Sheets and attached to the card front.  I have then stamped one of the block sentiments from the Peace & Joy Stamp Set and attached underneath using Stampin' Dimensionals

In the video tutorial I have demonstrated some handy colouring techniques and of course how to tie that bow!
