STAMP N' HOP AUGUST BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to my blog today. 

Today, I am taking part in the August Stamp N' Hop Blog Hop which is all about my favourite bundle of products from the 2020-21 Annual Catalogue.  

If you are following today's hop, you would have arrived via the very talented Sandra Roberts also here in the UK.  I hope you're enjoying the hop so far!

For my project, I have chosen the Blossoms in Bloom Bundle (but I have only used the stamp set) along with the Ridiculously Awesome Stamp Set that are two products that I just adore (so far)

To create my card, I have used the main image from the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set along with Magenta Madness for my colour.  This is one of the new 2020-2022  In-Colours, and probably my favourite too.  I have added speckles of the colour across the background and added black centres to continue with the monochrome look to my card. 

Underneath my sentiment, I have added a circle that has been die-cut from the Stitched Shapes Dies and trimmed off the edges so that it is flush against the card.  

The sentiment has been heat-embossed onto Basic Black Cardstock using White Stampin' Emboss Powder.  I have cut each word out individually using my trusty Paper Snips and added to the card using Glue Dots for added dimension.  

And of course, there is more detail inside the card!  I have added the same layers of Basic Black, Magenta Madness and Whisper White plus some stamping to match the front.  This sentiment comes from the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set. 

I do hope you enjoy my project today, and find it inspiring.  I think this card would look great in any colour and with any sentiment so why not give it a go?
