OMBRE WATERCOLOURING TECNIQUE WITH MANY LAYERED BLOSSOMS DIES

Hello and welcome to my new blog post

Today I am sharing with you a card design that I put together using the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set and Many Layered Blossoms Dies Bundle of products that are available at the moment with a savings of 10% when purchased together

I created the ombre background using Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper, the new Water Painters and three colours that go really well together.  You can click each colour icon below to see what products are available in these colours. 

Once I created the background, I have cut a frame using the Rectangle Stitched Dies and layered on the detailed die that I have cut from the Many Layered Blossoms Dies. 

The flowers under the sentiment have been die-cut from the remaining piece of watercolour paper and I have layered them onto the stitched circle that I have cut off at the bottom.  

To finish, I have heat embossed the sentiment onto Basic Black Cardstock using White Embossing Powder which I think really pops!

To create this card, you will need:

• C6 Whisper White Cardbase (28.8cm x 10.5cm, scored at 14.9cm and folded in half)
• Fluid 100 Watercolour paper measuring 9.5cm x 13.9cm
• Whisper White cardstock measuring 10cm x 14.4cm (for top layer to cut rectangle aperture)
• Whisper White cardstock measuring 10cm x 14.4cm (for middle insert)
• Whisper White scrap cardstock (for stitched circle)
• Basic Black cardstock scrap (for sentiment)
