JUST ADD INK COLOUR CHALLENGE #514

Hello and welcome to my blog today,

Today I have put together a new card for you using a set of colours and the Happiest of Birthday's Stamp Set that is brand new in the 2020-21 Annual catalogue that launched just last month.

For this card, I have cut strips of cardstock in three colours; Pool Party, Pretty Peacock and Smoky Slate that measure 1.5cm wide.  I have layered them onto my card front so that they are all butted up against each other and stuck down.

The sentiment has been heat-embossed using White Stampin' Emboss Powder and then I have trimmed the strips of card into diagonal edges. 

The flowers are from the Birds and Branches Stamp Set and have been stamped in the same 3 colours, cut out and layered onto the card front. 

For the inside of my card, I have attached a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, drawn a thin line around the edge and added the sentiment.  To finish, I have added three of the same flowers from the card front, stamped directly onto the card. 

This card was inspired by the latest Just Add Ink Challenge #514 which is all about the three colours that I have used.
