COFFEE AND CARD WITH GRACE'S GARDEN

For today's virtual coffee and card event, I continued using the Grace's Garden Stamp set and Garden Gateway dies as I really did enjoy using them for the first time last night.

I have used the stamps and dies to create a lovely scene for my thank you card and I'm quite pleased with how it has come out.

I have used the Sponge Brayers to create the wash of background colour in Pool Party and Pear Pizzazz. I will admit that I do tend to shy away from anything too inky but these brayers are perfect for adding some ink without getting too messy.

The images have been coloured in with a selection of Stampin' Blends and I have layered them onto the card to create some depth to my scene.

To bring this card together, I have added some more stamping inside the card and finished with a hand-drawn scribble line around the edge with a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.
