WHY, THANKS ORNATE GARDEN

Today's card has been put together using the beautiful Ornate Garden Speciality Designer Series Papers .  Some of these prints are very bright and I have struggled to use them but finally this week I have created a simple card using one of the busiest designs, and I really like it!

Stampin' Up! have launched the Ornate Garden Suite of products early for us as it features in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue that is released in June. You can purchase the suite as a whole or individual items.

I have twinned the  Ornate Garden Speciality Designer Series Papers with a diagonal strip of Whisper White Cardstock to break up the pattern. For the sentiment, I have added a banner of "thanks" from the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set that I have mounted onto the card with Stampin' Dimensionals and stamped "why" straight onto the diagonal strip.

I have created the flower using the Medium Daisy Punch, cutting out two flowers from Whisper White Cardstock and layering together.  The middle of the flower has been cut out from the DSP!

Now that I'm getting used to using this bright DSP, I'm sure you will see more of it over the coming weeks!

Thanks so much for reading today's blog post, I hope you come back soon.

Have a great day!
