THANK YOU BIRD BALLAD....

Today's card is another that I have put together using products from the Bird Ballad Suite and Ornate Garden Suite. I have felt very inspired by these two suites in the past week, in particular the Bird Ballad Designer Series Papers and the Ornate Borders Dies from Ornate Garden.

For this card, I have used a piece of the spotty DSP for the background (measuring 10cm x 14.4cm) attached to a card base that has been cut from Calypso Coral Cardstock.

I have added a strip of Whisper White Cardstock that I have torn from top to bottom along one edge and added a piece of Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim Ribbon and secured a piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine in a bow.

I have cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock using one of the Ornate Borders Dies and attached to the card front.

The bird cages and the bird image has been cut out from the DSP and I have added a heat-embossed sentiment using White Stampin' Emboss Powder onto Basic Black Cardstock.
