HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Firstly, Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful Mummies out there today, I hope you are being looked after.

Usually we would be enjoying a big family day out together so it's a very strange one for me as I'm sure it is for many others with everything that is going on in the world right now. More than anything, I hope that you are in good health.

The card that I am sharing with you today is for my wonderful Mum and as she is my favourite crafting companion, I have used some of her favourite products on this card! You will find the full list of products in the middle of this post...

This card has been put together using two card bases that have been overlapped to create a fun fold which also makes it very difficult to photograph!

The cake image comes from the FREE Happy Birthday Stamp Set that is currently available as part of our annual Sale-a-Bration promotion when you spend £45. As part of our coordination promotion, you are also able to purchase coordinating dies for this stamp set which make using this set even more enjoyable! The cake image has been heat embossed -onto Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper with White Stampin' Emboss Powder and I have used an Aqua Painter and ink to colour with. This delicate colouring technique is perfect for a stamp set like this and I adore how the inks blend together.

Inside the card, I have added some more watercoloured flowers which have actually been die-cut out from the cake image using the Birthday Dies that are part of our Coordination Product release. These products are currently available while stocks last until the end of March.

I have also added in a scalloped border to the inside of the card which comes from the Stitched Be Mine Dies.

The sentiments that I have used for this card all come from the Strong and Beautiful Stamp Set and I have added some Champagne Rhinestones to add a little bit of sparkle.
