Hello and welcome to the Stampin' Dreams January Blog Hop which has the theme of CASE a card.
If you are following the hop today then you will have joined me from the talented
For those of you that haven't come across the term CASE before...it actually means to Copy and Selectively Edit. The brief was to CASE any card of our choice and you can see the original design from Mary Fish that I have copied and selectively edited below!
I was drawn to the simplicity and elegance of this card design and have used a piece of the Best Dressed DSP and the sentiment comes from the Dressed to Impress Stamp Set.
The DSP has been cut using the Tailored Tag Punch and the pieces layered onto the card front leaving a border of the card base showing.
I have stamped the sentiment using Night of Nacy Classic Stampin' Pad onto Whisper White Cardstock and used the same punch to cut out. This has then been attached that one using Stampin' Dimensionals so that it stands out.
The flowers have been cut out of the reverse side of the same piece of DSP and attached to the card. To finish, I have added two Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets.
The card that I have chosen to CASE comes from Mary Fish at Stampin Pretty and I came across it on Pinterest of course!
Thank you so much for joining us today, I've had lots of fun and I hope you have too!
