Hi all,
Thank you so much for joining in with today's Everything is Rosy Blog Hop, I have really enjoyed working alongside some incredibly talented Demonstrators including Teneale Williams and her team INKspired and me and my team the Pinkies. It has been such fun playing with the Everything is Rosy Product Medley! This is a new style set of products that Stampin' Up! have introduced for a limited time and will be available while stocks last only.
I'm sure you would have seen projects using this suite of products if you have tuned in to any Social Media platform and follow Stampin' Up! Demonstrators. It is absolutely stunning and the photos definitely don't do the products justice. The colour combinations are a mix of Navy and Pink with a splash of Rose Gold thrown in which is very on trend right now and so elegant!
My project for today's blog hop is a Fancy Fold card that looks like a handbag and I have even made the envelope for you! I have included dimensions towards the bottom of my post for you. It really is very simple to put together and the occasions are endless for this sort of card!
I hope you like it....
My handbag card has been put together using a piece of Night of Navy A4 Cardstock (measurements are listed at the bottom of this post) and sheets of the Everything is Rosy DSP. The card itself is really easy to put together....that hardest part was choosing which sheets of DSP to use as they are all stunning! I opted for the sheets that have the Rose Gold Foil images and coordinated all my embellishments around the Rose Gold Foil as I wanted this to be a special card.
This card, although is a 3D item, will fold totally flat so that it can be sent.
For the inside of the card, I wanted to use not only the DSP that coordinates with the outside of the card, but the die-cut pieces that have the Rose Gold Foil on also. Included in the Everything is Rosy Product Medley are several sheets of die-cut pieces that include flowers and frames that just pop out making them really straightforward to use.
I have added these to the inside of my card along with some of the sentiments from the Everything is Rosy Stamp Set that I have stamped in Night of Navy ink to bring it all together.
I have also added some splashes of the Rose Gold Shimmer Paint that also comes in the Product Medley.
To finish my card, I thought it only right to make an envelope that matches! I used my trusty (and soon to be retired) Envelope Punch Board and I have added an envelope liner in the matching DSP.

2 pieces measuring 0.75" x 3.75"

- Layer the DSP and Whisper White cardstock onto the coordinating panels**Before you add the DSP piece to the outside flap, you will need to secure your ribbon underneath**

- Add magnets to the underside of the closure making sure they line up together as you close the card.
For the Envelope
