Hi all,

Today’s cards are my favourites swaps that I put together using one of my favourite new stamp sets in the Spring/Summer catalogue.  It’s called Bloom by Bloom and I can’t stop stamping with it! 



I have used the Monochrome look and added in Call Me Clover and Lovely Lipstick to add some rich depth of colour.

I have stamped the card base in the coordinating colour using the stem of the flower for the green card and the head of the flower for the red version. 

The sentiment comes from the Perennial Birthday Stamp Set and I have used some of the Botanical Butterfly DSP in a layer behind the flower.

PINKIES TEAM TRAINING MALE SWAPS

Hi all,

Yesterday I attended a training event for Stampin’ Up in Milton Keynes and so today I am sharing with you a card I made for a small group of ladies who in-turn gave me something that they had mad. The only guide we had was that it had to be a card suitable for a male recipient. 

I chose to use the new bundle of products that include the HAPPY TAILS STAMP SET and coordinating DOG BUILDER PUNCH   

Starting with a standard C6 cardbase in BLUEBERRY BUSHELL CARDSTOCK, I had added a base layer of Whisper White Cardstock that has been stamped using the paw print stamp in CRUMB CAKE. I have used both 1st and 2nd generation stamping to get the different tones of the colour. 

I have cut another piece of BLUEBERRY BUSHELL CARSTOCK and frayed the edges with my scissors. On top of that layer I have stamped another piece of Whisper White Cardstock with the BUFFALO CHECK STAMP I’m BLIEBERRY BUSHELL and attached to the cardfront using STAMPIN’ DIMENSIONALS. 



The words have been die-cut using the WELL WRITTEN FRAMELITS DIES in REAL RED CARDSTOCK.  The heart has also been cut in the same colour. 

For the dog, I have stamped the image onto CRUMB CAKE CARDSTOCK and I have used the DOG BUILDER PUNCH to cut out.  He has also been added to the cardfront using STAMPIN’ DIMENSIONALS.

FEBRUARY CARD CLASS SWEET CUP GIFT

Hi all,

So I’ve posted the cards that we made at February’s card class and today’s post is to show you the gift that i put together for the ladies who came along. 

Using the new SWEET CUPS from the Spring/Summer catalogue, I have wrapped a piece of the ALL MY LOVE DSP. 



For the decoration on the top I have. It a large scalloped circle from the LAYERING CIRCLES FRAMELITS DIES in LOVELY LIPSTICK CARDSTOCK and layered it with smaller circles cut in LOVELY LIPSTICK FOIL  and Whisper White.

Onto the Whisper White circle, I have stamped the FOREVER LOVELY STAMP SET and used the sentiment and dots from the INCREDIBLE LIKE YOU STAMP SET. 

To finish, I have added a die-cut stem from the LOVELY FLOWERS EDGELITS DIES in Flirty Flamingo Cardstock. 



I picked up the chocolates in the Valentines aisle in Sainsbury’s and they were delicious!

FEBRUARY CARD CLASS - THE FINAL CARD!!

Hi all, 

Thanks for sticking with mope this week. Today’s card is the last of a 4 card set we put together at this months class using the the new FOREVER LOVELY BUNDLE set of products.  

For this card I have used. Standard C6 card base that has been cut out of Crumb Cake Cardstock and layered with a piece of the ALL MY LOVE DSP


 
Onto the top Whisper White layer I have stamped a selection of images from the FOREVER LOVELY STAMP SET using Lovely Lipstick for the main flowers, Blushing Bride for the stems and Crumb Cake for the leaves. 
I have die-cut some of the stems and flowers from the coordinating LOVELY FLOWERS EDGELITS DIES in the matching Cardstock. 



To finish the card front, I have stamped the sentiment using Versamark, added some WHITE STAMPIN’ EMBOSS POWDER  and set using the HEAT TOOL to set. 



For the inside of the card I have added a sentiment and some of the stamping from the front of the card to keep it all matching!
