Hello and welcome to my blog today,
For today's design, I have used the In The Pines Bundle of products which is sadly all sold out now but the card design could easily be created with other products in your stash, or if you own these products of course!
I am sharing this project for the December Stamp N Hop Blog Hop which is all about Christmas. Those taking part have all designed Christmas themed projects which I can't believe is just 13 days away now! It's getting super busy in this household but I have been enjoying writing in all my Christmas cards and as I started making them over 5 months ago, it's quite nice to reflect on some of the designs.
The trees have been stamped onto Whisper White Cardstock (soon to be Basic White) using Mossy Meadow Ink. These trees have been stamped continuously until there is no ink left on the stamp. This gives an ombre effect and actually gives depth to the trees.
I have added a die-cut tree above my stamping, and a sentiment from the Trimming the Town Designer Series Papers, and a bow tied in Gold Cord from the Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack (another sold out item)
I am really pleased with the overall look of this card. The vintage style is becoming more and more fun to create and I think this bundle of products has been one of my favourites this year so I'm not surprised it has all sold out!
Thank you so much for following our Blog Hop today, I hope you have enjoyed all the Christmas inspiration from our projects. To continue with the hop, please click the NEXT logo below to move forward to Jenn Charles in the USA
