Hello and welcome to the February Ink.Stamp.Share blog hop which has the theme of Mini Catalogue. If you are following the hop today you would have joined me from the very talented Jo Blackman who has created a fab project for us.
If this is your first time visiting my blog then a big hello from me here in the UK.
My project today has been created using the incredible popular Peaceful Poppies suite of products that features on the front cover of the Mini Catalogue. I adore this suite and although it looks fantastic in the colours showcased in the catalogue, I have chosen a very different colour palette for my project.
My project is simply a decorated embriodery hoop that I purchased from The Works. https://www.theworks.co.uk. I have tied some Purple Posy Scalloped Linen Ribbon around to hide the wooden hoop
I have die-cut the poppies using the Poppy Moments Dies from a selection of Subtles Cardstock. They have been spritzed with black ink and added to the hoop. Underneath the poppies I have added some of the die-cut swirls that I have cut from the Black Foil Sheets, and some leaves from Vellum which I have also layered under the poppies.
To finish, I have heat embossed the sentiment onto Black card and fussy cut around.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and for following today's hop. I hope that our projects inspire you. To continue, please click next below to hop on over to Gez Carpenter and see what she has designed for you.
