Morning everyone,
Day two of home schooling today here in the UK, so it was lovely to escape to my craft desk for a few hours after. With everything going on in the world at the moment, I thought it would be a good idea to do some live card making to help others escape for half an hour or so.
I think it's really important right now to let people know you are thinking of them and what better way to do this than with a handmade card? It's a great way to surprise someone and a few words of positivity can work wonders. Both cards that I have made will hopefully do just that.
During my live crating session I put together two very different cards using one card sketch that I have added below for you. Card sketches are a great way of offering you a starting point to your projects and are quite often my go-to when my mind is elsewhere.
I have used the Welcome Easter Stamp Set to create the little bunny and he has been layered onto the card front using some SOLD OUT Golden Honey DSP and some punched elements that are quick and easy to create and look quite effective.
I will share the second card that I put together tomorrow using the sketch below. In the meantime, why don't you use the sketch to create a card to send to someone?
