Daisy Lane comes to Coffee and Card

Hi all,

Today's card is one that I put together as the make and take for my new annual catalogue launch event and last weeks' Coffee and Card morning.  Coffee and Card is an event that I hold twice a month whereby you make a card and enjoy a hot drink for £5.  It is a really informal session where booking isn't essential but it's always lots of fun.

For this card, I have used the brand new Daisy Lane Bundle which consists of a stamp set called Daisy Lane and a new Medium Daisy Punch.  Stamp and Punch bundles are my favourite as they are really effective and great for using at events.  I have also featured one of the new in-colours called Rococo Rose which is a beautiful dusky pink colour.

I have used the 2" Circle Punch to cut a circle of the Rococo Rose Cardstock,  This has been attached onto the card front.  I have stamped 2 daisy's using Rococo Rose Classic Stampin' Pad.  These have then been cut out using the Medium Daisy Punch.  I have stuck them together using some Liquid Multipurpose Glue so that the petals sit closely in between each other.  These have been attached to the centre of the circle using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The two leaves that you see underneath the daisy head comes from the Daisy Delight Stamp Set that coordinates with the Daisy Punch that also coordinates with the Daisy Lane Stamp Set (clever!).  I have stamped these onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock using a Pear Pizzazz Classic Stampin' Pad.  I have used the Light Old Olive Stampin' Blend to colour the leaves in.  These have then been cut out and attached to the card.

The sentiment that I have used comes from the Beautiful Day Stamp Set and to finish, I have stamped this using a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad.

I have also stamped a daisy onto the corner of the envelope for added effect!

I will be having a break from Coffee and Card over the summer due to the school holidays.  I will be back on the 10th of September with the first of my Christmas Card Coffee and Card mornings
