Male cards are always challenging and my least go-to card but I'm trying to get more confidence with them. I'm not quite sure where my inspiration came from for this one but I'm really pleased with how it has turned out.
I have used a Whisper White Notecard for my card base. I have drawn lines across the card front using a Night of Navy Stampin' Write Marker and a Light Crumb Cake Stampin' Blend to create the stripes.
I have stamped the pig image onto a seperate piece of Whisper White Cardstock using a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad and coloured in with Crumb Cake Light and Dark Stampin' Blends. The mud effect has been created with Soft Suede Light and Dark Stampin' Blends.
The sentiment comes from the A Good Man Stamp Set and I have stamped it underneath the pig in Night of Navy. I have then mounted the piece onto the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
To finish, I have added a small banner that has been cut from Night of Navy Cardstock and cut using the Triple Banner Punch. I have added a small bow tied with the Night of Navy / Sahars Sand Twine.
