Today's card is one that I made for a good friend who celebrated their Birthday on Tuesday this week so I can now share it with you!
I have used the bundle of products that include the Geared Up Garage Stamp Set and coordinating Garage Gears Dies. If you have this set on your wish list then you can purchase the two items together and save 10% off the price. From the 4th June, the two items will need to be purchased seperately.
For this card, I have used a standard C6 card base cut from Night of Navy A4 Cardstock. I have added a strip of Designer Series Paper from the Sail Away DSP Collection that is available from the 4th June.
Before adding anything else, I have tied some Night of Navy Bakers Twine (also available from the 4th June).
This bundle of products is great for putting together male orientated cards and the Garage Gears Dies are excellent for adding coordinating elements to your projects. I particularly love the cog die that I have used on this card. I have cut it out in Sahara Sand Cardstock and coloured over using a Dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blend.
The car has been stamped using a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad onto Whisper White Cardstock, coloured in with Stampin' Blends and cut out using the coordinating die. I have attached the car to the card front using two sets of Stampin' Dimensionals to raise over the twine.
